Our company's goal is to dominate the portable medical records market and to have this product become the best physical gateway device to the streamlined medical information network. Not only does this powerful, easy-to-use card carry all of the owner's medical records, but it enables emergency medical providers to have information that can save the owner's life in an emergency.

Market research shows our key to success is getting the consumer to understand the usefulness, power, and price-value of our product. Once they do, a significant percent of the adult population will purchase our card with the overwhelming percentage of people over the age of 60 being probable purchasers.

The Company plans to achieve our sales objectives by selling exclusive territories to carefully selected local entrepreneurs across the US, Canada and around the world, who will each have exclusive rights to purchase and resell the company's 911 branded products for a specified geographic territory. These sales-oriented, well connected local entrepreneurs will put a small product display and/or sales literature display in doctor's offices, dentist's offices, hospitals, clinics, independent pharmacies, chiropractor's offices, medical device stores and many more locations. The idea is to sell the 911 product in environments where the customer will be getting a credible endorsement, and where they have time to focus on the product. By December 2010, we expect to have established 100 territories established.

911 Exclusive Territory Opportunity

The company is offering exclusive local territories to positive-minded, successful, sales-oriented people who can communicate well at the CEO or Executive decision-making level. The ideal person is a self-starter, has a successful track record, has managed people, has had P&L responsibility, and has connections in the medical/hospital/insurance world.

Exclusive territories will be comprised of contiguous zip codes that encompass an entire market area or several market areas depending on population density. In most cases, territories will have a population of 500,000 or more. Neither MEMI Tech nor any other exclusive distributor will be allowed to sell 911 Medical ID™ brand products in your exclusive territory.

There will be a one-time initial setup and license fee for each territory that will vary based on population, demographics and geography.

911 Business Model

• Local Exclusive Distributor Program

  The most important component of our business model is to establish one energetic, positive-minded, full-time, sales-oriented local distributor in each territory who has connections, credibility and business relationships in their local market. Their initial goal is to get "feet on the street" and get 911 Medical ID™ into the consciousness of his/her community. The activity of the local exclusive distributor will spread the word and create awareness and understanding of the product. When customers understand its power, a meaningful percent will purchase the 911 Medical ID™ cards.

• Reseller Program

  Once the Distributor finishes training, he/she will immediately begin to establish Resellers in his/her territory. The business model is for the Distributors to sell the 911 card through resellers who have credibility/relationships with their patients/customers. Potential buyers will be more prone to focus on the product when someone they trust recommends it.

• Potential Resellers include Doctor's offices, dentist's offices, hospitals, mental hospitals, clinics, independent pharmacies, Chiropractor's offices, medical device stores, weight loss centers, assisted living communities, charities, senior citizens organizations, unions, colleges, retirement recreational/community centers, and many more.

• The short-term goal for each territory is 200 Reseller locations per one million population within six (6) months. Distributors will put a 911 Medical ID product display and/or sales literature display in each Reseller location. Ideally, the display will be at the reception desk, pharmacy counter or at the cashier. The receptionist, nurse or cashier will point out the display and ask every patient or customer, "have you gotten your 911 Medical ID™ yet? It can hold all of your medical records, easily fits in your wallet like a credit card and can save your life in an emergency. We all love it and 'Dr. Smith' thinks it would be great if every patient had one."

Two Sales Options for Resellers

• Option 1 is for Resellers to purchase and stock the product from the Distributor and sell it directly to their patients or customers making a 100% profit margin.

• Option 2 does not require an upfront product purchase by the Reseller and only requires that Reseller gives the pitch and hands out the literature and/or makes a mailing list of patients/customers. This literature will contain a "Discount Promotion Code" number identifying each Reseller in the Distributor's ordering/accounting system that qualifies the customer or patient for a special $4.00 discount on the purchase of the product. It will also contain the website address of the local exclusive distributor where the customer will be able to see a demonstration video and purchase the 911 Medical ID™ cards on line. This code assures that the medical professional will be paid for the sale by the local exclusive distributor, who will send the medical professional an automatically generated list of sales and a commission check at the end of the month for all sales. The reseller will be able to login to the backend of the Distributor's website and see every purchase made by one of his patients/customers/members.

Comprehensive Training
